In Thailand, the Oppo Reno 7Z 5G has just been released. The new smartphone joins the Oppo Reno 7 lineup, which already includes the Oppo Reno 7 5G and Oppo Reno 7 Pro 5G smartphones. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G SoC is paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage in the newly announced smartphone. The Oppo Reno 7Z 5G has a 6.43-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 60Hz and a touch sampling rate of up to 180Hz. It has a 4,500mAh battery that supports SuperVOOC fast charging.

Specifications and Features

The Reno7 Z has a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of Full HD+ (2,400 x 1,080 pixels), a pixel density of 409ppi, and a peak brightness of 600nits. It has a standard 60Hz refresh rate panel with a touch sampling rate of 180Hz. The front selfie camera is housed within a punch hole notch on the top left corner of the display.

An octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor manufactured on a 6nm process powers the latest Reno7 series smartphone. The Adreno 619 GPU, X51 5G modem, 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, and 128GB UFS2.2 storage are all included in the system-on-chip. ColorOS 12, based on Android 11, comes pre-installed on the phone.
A triple-rear camera setup and an LED flash are included in the Reno 7Z. The smartphone’s primary camera has a 64MP sensor with an F1.7 aperture. A 2MP macro and a 2MP monochrome lens are included. It has a 16MP front camera with an F2.4 aperture for selfies and video calls.

The Reno7 Z has a battery capacity of 4,500mAh and supports 33W SuperVOOC fast charging. It has a 3.5mm audio jack and a Type-C charging port. It has dual-SIM support, 5G, WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, GPS, AGPS, Beidou, Glonass, and Galileo, as well as GPS, AGPS, Beidou, Glonass, and Galileo.

Cosmic Black and Rainbow Spectrum are the two colour options for the Reno 7Z. The Rainbow Spectrum variant measures 159.85 73.17 7.55mm, while the Cosmic Black variant measures 159.85 73.17 7.49mm. The smartphone is approximately 173 grammes in weight.

The price of the Oppo Reno 7Z 5G has yet to be revealed. The price and availability details will be announced on March 3 at 4:30 pm local time, according to a tweet from Oppo Thailand (3 pm IST).
